Pound Cake update

This cake is awesome! I’m so glad I took the time to really whip in the eggs. It is dense in that really awesome way, moist and super flavorful. It rose nicely despite the lack of a chemical leavener. The zest adds a nice zing and the blood orange added a lovely tint to the coloring. And remember, because it’s so rich, you only need a small slice!
